What teachers say

From the Schools

"Our Reception Class really loved listening to Phil read 'Big Blue Blob.' What an inspirational story for Primary School children about being what you want to be, exploring creativity and working together with your friends. Thank you for sharing it with us."

"Phil Henry visited our Early Years class and captivated the attention of the children as soon as he walked in. The way he spoke of his book and his inspiration for writing was set at a perfect level for such young children. He kept the children engaged throughout and everyone loved the character of the Big Blue Blob. Once he had left the children were drawing blobs of their own everywhere!"

"Phil Henry visited our school to talk about his journey as an author and to share his book Big Blue Blob. His enthusiasm and creativity were truly inspiring; students were eager to ask questions and were quickly motivated to design their own blobs and create story arcs. The session sparked conversations long after it ended and has given us a fantastic springboard for encouraging more creative writing. Many students commented that they 'can't wait for a sequel.'"
